Welcome to join us on Thur 14th of March from 15:00 at Platform6, 5th floor for a guest session, followed by the community afterwork hangout.

In the session, you’ll learn how to become intentional about creating a culture that allows everyone to lean into their strengths. You will walk away with practical tools for unlocking everyone’s full potential so that you can set your team up for success. The session topic is a perfect fit for team leads, founders, HRs and anyone looking to create an efficient team culture.

The topic coach is Philippe Arnez from Organi.Health who has experience helping companies in creating healthy organizations, and scale the culture during the stages of growth.
Philippe will be introducing the Working Genius assessment tool. It consists of a series of questions designed to identify an individual’s unique abilities, strengths, and work preferences, which are relevant in various contexts, such as problem-solving, communication, leadership, and collaboration. The results of a Working Genius assessment can be used to help individuals and teams understand their own strengths, identify gaps, and how they can take action to maximize their contribution to their team or organization, respectively.

Welcome to the Open Startup Community Breakfast!

On this event we be discussing and sharing experiences, tips, and tricks about startups festivals and why attending them can be beneficial for entrepreneurs and startup founders.

Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting out, attending startup festivals can provide you with unique opportunities to network, learn from experts, and showcase your startup to potential investors and partners. At our Open Breakfast event, we’ll be discussing some of the top startup festivals, sharing our experiences, and providing tips on how to make the most of these events.

Starting at 9:00, we’ll have doors open and a delicious breakfast spread ready for you. At 9:30, the program will kick off with facilitated discussion and information sharing about startup festivals.
